Concept
This project aimed at exploring AI tools, particularly Claude AI. Therefore, a lot of the initial concept was drafted together with AI.
In the initial stage, the prompt was vague and was specified further throughout the process. Since the training is relatively short no specific storyboard was used.

Design
Ideas for the visual concept were sourced from Claude design.
I ended up replicating the suggested layout on one of the screens. I decided to replace the illustrated style with a photorealistic style in order to give the learner a more realistic look and feel. I used Articulate Storyline's photo and video gallery as an image source.
I designed a dark theme for this training to reflect the corporate theme.
Keywords
Informative, formal yet inviting, corporate

Development
The course was built using Articulate Storyline 360 authoring tool.
In order to build a simulation I used AI to generate me JavaScript blocks. Generally, Javascript was used for these specific functions:
- Simulation chat bot
- Showing and collecting chat history
- Printing the answers
- Exiting the course

Iterating & Troubleshootig
Troubleshooting
First issue was to ensure that the Javascript code that AI generated was compatible with Articulate Storyline.
Many rounds of iterations were also made when defining the personality of the simulation character.
Examples of tweaks:
- mark being too defensive
- Mark being too co-operative
- Too long sentences
- Too strict rules, such as "Never be defensive when asked a direct question."
The AI model was changed from Sonnet to Haiku to make the experience faster and less heavy.
Testing
Before final publication the simulation was tested by different test users. Amendments were then made according to their feedback. Changes were made to typos, functionalities and the character's personality.
Publishing
The course was published in web format and hosted on Google Cloud.
